You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.

To cancel, please contact our customer service with your order number.

If your order has already entered the packing or shipping stage, we may be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may follow our return process upon receipt.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

 

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item received does not match its description on the product page.

 

You have returned the item in its original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact) within the specified return window.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

 

Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-returnable."

Personalized, custom-made, or intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

 

4. Return Process & Timeframe

 

Initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must ship the return item back to us within 7 days of receiving our Return Authorization instructions.

The item must be in its original saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.

 

5. Refund Method & Timeline

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
