Our Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made through AYSIN TECH PVT LTD’s official sales channels.

Non-Returnable Products

Intimate apparel, swimwear, and hygiene-related items.

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Personalized or customized goods.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit for future use.

How to Return an Item

Receive Instructions: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and detailed return shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: Securely package the product and send it to the address provided:

Completion: After we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items
